Holy Family School - Parents' Club

Parents' Club Commitment:

Parents or guardians of students enrolled at Holy Family School are considered members of the Holy Family Parents' Service Club and are required to provide commitment of participation in various activities of the Club each year.

You have the option to "Buy Out" all or part of your volunteer hour commitment at the rate of $15.00 per hour. Parents' Club meeting hours may not be bought out.  Commitment hours must be completed by May 31, 2010.  Any hours that are not completed by this date will be invoiced at this rate and the invoice is due upon receipt.  You are responsible for tracking and submitting your volunteer hours to the school office on a monthly basis.  The volunteer hour tracking form can be picked up at the school office or found under the Documents tab of this website.

For the Annual School (REACH) Auction, each family is required to make a $150.00 cash donation or to procure one item of a value of at least $150.00 by February 19, 2011.  After this date only $200.00 cash donations will be accepted.  No procured items will be allowed.
